Individual Performance Training

Individual Performance Training

Individual performance training is designed for the already active agent in the 8-15 transactions a year range and we start with a business assessment. From here I look to find ways to add at least 100k to your existing annual commissions.

$600 a Month (4 sessions)

16 sessions are recommended but individual training is offered month-to-month so agents are not locked in a long-term contract.

Allen has a very thorough understanding of Real Estate and human psychology. He explained very clearly and logically what works, what doesn’t and why for all aspects of the real estate sale: prospecting, presentation, marketing, listing management and closing the deal. The role play component is absolutely necessary to put yourself to the test right away.

Role Play Studio

Ideal for a group of 6-10 agents a session is usually on-site at the brokerage and is approximately 3 hours long. Role play converts your sales communication into action. You can understand what you should say but it often does not come out in dialogue as intended in the field costing you client conversions and commissions.
